    Tracey Evans graduated from Lake Erie College in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

    She was an outstanding basketball player, averaging 28.6 points per game in her senior year, with a single game high of 44 points. With these accomplishments, the Lake Erie College women's team not only had a winning season but one of the best in history. 

    After graduating from Lake Erie College, Tracey taught sciences at Perry High School(Lake County) for 10 years. While teaching there, she received five outstanding awards including the Lake County Science Teacher of the Year, Ohio Governor's Award for Excellence in Youth Science, American Chemical Society Central Regional U.S. High School Chemistry Award, Ohio Academy of Science Krecker Award, and the Harold Shaw Award for Outstanding Schools in Science.

    While at Perry High School, Tracey took 40 students in two different years to the Soviet Union to study chemistry through the People to People Ambassador program.

    In 1995, she received a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from John Carroll University
    
    Tracey then resigned her teaching position to pursue a part-time role in the business community. She is married to David Roskos and the couple has two children.

    The Hall of Fame Committee of Lake Erie College recognizes all of these accomplishments by honoring Tracey Evans with her induction into the Athletic Hall of Fame on April 23, 1997.
