Lake Erie College Athletics Hall of Fame
Nobody was tougher to get out during her career than Savannah (Karako) Green. As a true freshman, she not only set her mark at Lake Erie but was also an NCAA statistical champion, striking out an amazing zero times in 112 at bat, earning the title 'Toughest to Strike Out' during the 2015 season en route to an NFCA All-Region selection.
She finished her career with a .382 batting average, 179 hits, and an on-base percentage of .448; all program records. In total, she would finish with just 11 strikeouts across nearly 500 at-bats during her illustrious career.
The Athletic Hall of Fame Committee recognizes all these accomplishments by Savannah (Karako) Green with induction into the Lake Erie College Athletics Hall of Fame on September 28, 2024.
