    Susan Meyer Bach majored in equestrian studies and business administration. She received her B. A. degree Summa Cum Laude from Lake Erie College in 1980.
    
    During the winter term of her junior year she participated in the Academic Term Abroad at a riding center in Waterstock, England.  Susan was an outstanding field hockey player and while in England she did an independent study on the competition of women's field hockey in the United States and England.
 
   Sue was also a member of the basketball team, riding club was elected to the Mortar Board. For her outstanding athletic and academic achievements as an undergraduate she was awarded the Jane Lincoln Award during both her junior year and senior year.

    After graduating from Lake Erie College in 1980, she spent two years working on a horse farm and in real estate development. In 1984 she received a Master of Business Administration and with a concentration in Finance from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Over the next seven years in New York City she held the position of Corporate Finance Officer in banking and Senior Consultant and Manager in real estate development company. Susan then moved to Dallas, Texas with her husband and son where she continued to run and play tennis when possible.

    Lake Erie College and the Hall of Fame Committee are pleased to honor Susan Meyer Bach as an inductee into the Athletic Hall of Fame, April 21, 1993.
