Lake Erie College

The campus field is the newest facility to Lake Erie College, opening in Fall 2025.

In 2024, LEC received a $1.5 millon dollar grant from the Lake County Board of Commissioners to construct an on-campus field that would serve as the home field for athletics teams to use.

The fiield sits in the heart of campus, surrounded on three sides by the Learning Commons, Dickinson Hall, Andrews Hall, and the Jerome T. Osbourne Athletic Center. 

The campus field saw it's first game take place on September 4, 2025 when the men's soccer team hosted the Gannon University Golden Knights and it's first win on the same day when the women's soccer team defeated Edinboro 1-0.

The campus field serves as the home site of competition for the men's and women's soccer and lacrosse programs, with other teams utilizing it for practices.

Field Information

• Parking for the campus field is located primarily at the Royce Hall for the Fine and Performing Arts parking lot, with the entrance off of Gillette Street. Parking is also available at the Jerome T. Osborne Center on non-volleyball game days, the lots by Physical Plant, and by the Arthur S. Holden Center.
• Seating is located on the Jerome T. Osborne Center side of the field.
• The field is ONLY open to Lake Erie College athletic teams or contractual rental agreements.
