Lake Erie College

2011: Started all 11 games at both center and guard for the Storm during his junior season... earned All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Honorable Mention... was only offensive lineman to start every game.

2010: Played in four games late in the season after recovering from a knee injury that cost him the early part of the year... part of group up front that helped Lake Erie rank in the top 25 in both rushing and total offense for the second straight year.

2009: Offensive guard appeared in six games in redshirt-freshman season… made two starts, including first of career at Adrian on Sept. 26.

2008: Redshirted in true freshman season.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Was a four year letter-winner at St. Peter Chanel High School…. Made 100 tackles as a defensive lineman in his senior season… named Second-Team All-Ohio and First-Team All-County… also wrestled for four years for the Firebirds, going 35-5 in his senior season and advancing to the state tournament.

PERSONAL: Born June 16, 1990… majoring in sport management… parents are Mary and Dennis McElligott.
