PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Four-year member of the football and basketball teams at West Bloomfield High School... was a thrower for two years in track, earning all-state honors... was na all-county selection in football and received the team's coach's award in basketball.

PERSONAL: Born Aug. 4, 1993... son of Shane Daranda and Jackie Vaughn... majoring in sports management... also a member of the Storm track and field team.
