Biography

2014: Played in 11 games... totaled 525 rushing yards on 95 carries... scored a pair of touchdowns

2013: Did not appear in a game

2012: Played in eight games, making eight starts, as a true freshman before an injury suffered against Findlay Oct. 20 ended his season... rushed for 506 yards and four touchdowns on 91 carries, averaging 5.6 yards per attempt and ranking second on the team in all four categories... also caught three passes for five yards and returned nine kickoffs for a 16.0 yard average... rushed for 130 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries in the season opener and his college debut at Gannon Aug. 30, landing him on the GLIAC Weekly Honor Roll... had a season-long 54-yard touchdown run against the Golden Knights... posted a career-highs against Malone Oct. 13 with 145 yards on 18 carries, also adding a touchdown in that game... added 76 yards on the ground against Saginaw Valley State on Sept. 22... also scored a touchdown against Ferris State on Sept. 8.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Lettered twice at Maumee High School... was named All-Northern Lakes League as a senior and was at Northwest Ohio All-Star.

PERSONAL: Born Dec. 22, 1993... son of Stacy Taylor and Ron Phenix... plans to major in criminal justice.
