2011: Played in seven games as a junior, making three starts... finished the year with 28 total tackles, including 17 solo, and 2.5 tackles-for-loss... also recorded 1.5 quarterback sacks and blocked a field goal attempt in the season-ending win over Ashland on 11/12/11... had a career-high nine tackles, seven solo, against Saginaw Valley State on 9/17/11 and made seven tackles at Ohio Dominican on 10/29/11... made four stops and had a sack at Tiffin on 11/5/11... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.

2010: Played in all 11 contests, making four starts on the defensive line as a sophomore... recorded 24 total tackles, including 11 solo stops... made three tackles behind the line of scrimmage and had the second most quarterback hurries with three... made a then career-high five tackles against Wayne State on 10/9... recovered a fumble against Ferris State on 10/2... had four tackles against Ohio Dominican on 10/30 and made three stops in two other games. 

2009: Appeared in all 11 games as a freshman linebacker… finished the season with eight tackles (six solo), three of which came on Oct. 10 at Apprentice School… recovered one fumble against Kentucky Wesleyan on Oct. 31.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Played four seasons at Cambridge High School as a fullback and defensive back… also played outfield for the Bobcats baseball team and forward for the basketball team.

PERSONAL: Born on March 5, 1991… majoring in criminal justice… parents are Tim and Leslie Leppla.
