PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Earned all-state honors at Archbold High School... played four years of football and also ran track... was an honorable mention All-Ohio pick as he helped Blue Streaks win the Northwest Ohio Athletic League title in 2011... was a member of three straight conference champs in track and ran on state champion 4x200-meter relay team.

PERSONAL: May 6, 1992... parents are Coe and Karen Keefer... majoring in education (social science concentration) with a minor in special education.
