Lake Erie College

2010: Took over as the team's starting center as a junior and started all 11 contests in the middle of the line... received All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) honorable mention following the season... named to 2010 GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team... led a group up front that helped Lake Erie rank in the top 25 in both rushing and total offense for the second straight year.

2009: Played in and started 10 games at right tackles as a sophomore… helped offense post 19^th ranked rushing offense and was part of unit that allowed just 16 sacks in 11 games.

2008: Played in five games, making one start as a true freshman… earned first career starting nod at Salisbury on 10/19.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Played football at Notre Dame Cathedral Latin High School… earned all-conference, county and district honors… selected as a News-Herald All-Star… team won North Coast League title.

PERSONAL: Nicknamed "Cheese" by teammates and coaches... born June 13, 1990… majoring in criminal justice with a minor in psychology… parents are Frank and Leslie Hounshell.
