2012: Played in all 11 games as a redshirt junior, making four starts at outside linebacker... recorded 24 total tackles on the year, including nine solo stops... made 4.5 tackles for loss with one sack (vs. Ferris State Sept. 8)... recovered two fumbles, both in the season opener at Gannon Aug. 30... had a season-high five tackles at Walsh Oct. 27 and made four tackles in two other games... broke up two passes.
2011: Played in nine games, earning four starts at safety... finished the season with 41 total tackles, including 23 solo stops... also broke up a pass... made a career-high 11 tackles (nine solo) in his first game of the season against Saginaw Valley State on 9/17/11... had seven tackles at Ferris State on 10/1/11 and two other games with five tackles... also blocked an extra point attempt against Findlay on 10/22/11.
2010: Moved to the defensive secondary after starting his career as a wide receiver/quarterback and played in 11 games at safety and on special teams... made six tackles, with three solo stops... had a career-high three stops in the finale at Ashland on 11/13/
2009: Redshirted as a true freshman.
PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Was a second-team All-City Series and team most valuable player at Akron North High School… twice selected to Academic All-City Series Team… 2008 Old Spice Red Zone Player of the Year nominee… was an all-league selection in track and in wrestling.
