2009: Played in nine games for the Storm in his freshman season as a tailback… recorded a career-high 61 yards rushing on just four carries in his first career game on Sept. 12 at West Liberty… scored second-quarter touchdowns on two of those carries, including a 47-yarder… also had one of his three receptions of the season in the game... finished the year with 117 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries for a  5.9 yards-per-carry average… also returned seven kickoffs for Lake Erie, compiling 172 return yards for a 24.6 average… his season-long return was a 40-yard burst at Apprentice on Oct. 10.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Played football at Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School as a quarterback and cornerback… named the North Coast League’s MVP and also the team MVP and captain… also was a guard on the Vikings basketball team in his freshman and sophomore seasons.

PERSONAL: Born March 6, 1991… majoring in sports management… parents are Andre A. Wells and Belinda A. Fair II.
