2009: Appeared in all 11 games with three starts at mike linebacker in his junior season after spending two seasons as a starting linebacker at Clarion… recorded a season-high 11 tackles vs. Fairmont State on Sept. 5… made 55 stops on the season (31 solo, 24 assisted)… had 5.5 tackles for loss and one sack (at Saint Joseph’s on Sept. 19)… had six solo tackles on Oct. 10 at Apprentice School.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE
2008: Spent his sophomore season at Clarion University, tying for the team-lead in tackles with 65… also had one sack and seven tackles for loss.

2007: Finished fourth on the Golden Eagles with 55 tackles… recorded five tackles for loss and had one sack… also had an interception, which he returned for 11 yards.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year two-way player at Brookfield High School, playing linebacker and wide receiver… named All-Trumbull County Athletic Conference, All-Trumbull County and All-Northeast Ohio.

PERSONAL: Born Jan. 31, 1989… majoring in early childhood education… parents are Gary and Dena McMullin… given first name is William.
