2010: Battled through nagging injuries to play in nine games, including three starts... caught four passes for 49 yards, including a touchdown reception... scored lone touchdown on a four-yard catch in win over Tiffin on 11/6... had a season-long 20-yard grab in the opener at Gannon on 9/2.

2009: Appeared in nine games at tight end, making six starts… missed two games due to injury… caught 13 passes for 252 yards and three touchdowns on the season… also returned two kickoffs for a total of 27 yards… had a career-high three receptions three times… first career reception went for a 10-yard touchdown vs. Fairmont State on 9/5… had a career-high 73 yards vs. Salisbury on 10/17, including a long of 46 yards… had a touchdown catch in each of the last two games.

2008: Missed season due to a hamstring injury.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Four-year standout at Perry High School… earned first-team all-conference and all-state honors… helped team to Chagrin Valley Conference title.

PERSONAL: Born Aug. 26, 1988… majoring in math with a minor in psychology… parents are John and Nicky Hokavar.
