2010: Started all 11 games at nose guard for the season straight season... finished with 32 total tackles, including 10 solo stops... had 6.5 tackles for loss - third highest total on the team... had a season-high eight tackles and a sack versus Wayne State on 10/9... had five tackles in a game twice... also returned a kickoff six yards at Saginaw Valley on 9/18, his seventh career return... Named to the GLIAC All-Academic team.
2009: Started all 11 games at nose guard… made 35 total tackles (17 solo), including 5.5 for losses… registered one quarterback sack and forced a fumble… posted a career-high 10 tackles, a sack and a forced fumble in win over Salisbury on 10/17… also broke up a pass in that game… made six stops at Adrian on 9/26… returned a short kickoff 10 yards vs. Fairmont State on 9/5.
2008: Saw action in all 11 games as a redshirt freshman… made 28 total tackles, including 19 solo stops… had six tackles-for-loss and a sack… picked up first career sack at Gannon on 8/28… intercepted a pass against the Apprentice School on 10/11… had season-high five tackles in a game twice, vs. Adrian on 9/27 and at Kentucky Wesleyan on 11/1… two of those tackles vs. Kentucky Wesleyan were for losses… returned four kickoffs on the season for a total of 39 yards, including a career-long of 14 vs. the Apprentice School on 10/11.
PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Four-year standout in football and wrestling at Cloverleaf High School… was an all-conference pick and team defensive most valuable player on the gridiron… was a two-year team captain in wrestling.
