2009: Played in five games on the offensiveline, earning a starting nod at tackle against Kentucky Wesleyan on10/31... Named to the GLIAC All-Academic team.

2008: Redshirted as a true freshman aftermissing the season with a knee injury.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Played four years offootball at Tippecanoe High School… earned all-conferenceand all-district honors… named second-team All-Ohio…also played baseball.

PERSONAL: Born Aug. 6, 1990… majoring inphysical therapy with a minor in exercise science… parentsare Steve and Jill Catron… grandfather played football atthe Indiana University.
