Isabella Morales -- Second Team All-Conference
The sophomore from San Diego, California was an anchor of the Lake Erie defense, ranking tied for 10th in caused turnovers with 22. She was the only player on the team to post a positive turnovers forced to turnovers lost ratio. Her impact was felt across the field, as she led the team in groundballs with 37 despite not participating in draw controls. Morales started and played in all 16 games, with her best performance coming against Northwood, where she recorded a team-high six caused turnovers and a collegiate-high seven groundballs. With another year ahead, Morales looks poised to remain a cornerstone of the Storm defense moving forward.
