INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Meri Cizmar  (Zagreb, Croatia / X. Gimnazija Ivan Supek) participated in the NCAA division two championship meet.  She swam in the 200 yard backstroke. 

Cizmar was seeded 14th with a time of 2:00.62. This morning she broke 2:00 for the first time and moved up 4 spots to 10^th. Cizmar's time was 1:59.98 and just .7 from the top 8. This is the first time in NCAA D2 history that a sub 2:00 time has not made the top 8 A Final.  Cizmar swam a 2:01.96 in the consolation final which was good enough for 14^th place.
