PAINESVILLE, Ohio — The Lake Erie Storm were back at home against the Wheeling University Cardinals on Wednesday, March 13. The Storm would lead going into the half 6-5. Lake Erie would win a close match 13-11, bringing their record to 2-4. 

Dawson Kindall led all things for the Storm, and had three goals in the first half. Kindall ended with four goals and one assist on nine shots. Kyle Gardner had three goals on four shot attempts and one assist. Andrew Cramer had two goals with one assist on six shots. 

Zephaniah Scott, Kevin Albright, Tim Woods, and Jackman Schooley each all had one goal. Schooley also had two assists today. 

Mitchell Kiebala made his first start in goal today, gaining his first win of the season. He had six saves. 

The Storm head on the road to West Virginia to take on the Davis & Elkins Senators on Saturday, March 16. Game starts at 2 PM.
