Box Score GREENSBURG, Penn. – The Lake Erie College Storm men's lacrosse team fell to the Seton Hill Griffins on May 4, in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, 23-3 in the G-MAC Semifinals.
After falling earlier in the season to the Griffins 25-5, the Storm came out in the first quarter looking like they would give them a run for their money. After quickly going down 5-0, they would score two goals in the last three minutes of the quarter and trim the lead down to 5-2. After the first two minutes of play to start the second quarter, both teams would notch a goal and keep the Storm on pace with a 6-3 deficit.
Unfortunately, Seton Hill would take over from there and the Storm would fail to score the remainder of the contest, falling 23-3 and ending their season.
On the day, Connor Dent would record two of the Storm's three goals and Nick Askin would record two assists in the loss.
The Storm finish the season with a record of 7-7 with a 4-3 record in conference play.
