On a wet day at Jack Britt Memorial Stadium, the Lake Erie men's soccer team took the field against the Tiffin Dragons, and came away with a decisive 2-1 win. 

The first half was closely contested, and both teams went into the half with a 0-0 draw. 

The game opened up for the Storm in the second half with a Ayden Von Essen penalty kick goal. Shortly thereafter, freshman Teddy Baker added another goal off to push the lead to 2-0. 

Although the Dragons did add a goal in the waning minutes of the second half, the Storm was able to reward their seniors with a win on Senior Day.

Senior goalkeeper Tom John did another 5 saves to his career totals here at Lake Erie. 

The Storm return to action on Thursday, October 28th for a contest at Kentucky Wesleyan at 7 pm Eastern.
