Box Score SAULT STE. MARIE, Michigan- The Lake Erie College volleyball team was defeated by Lake Superior St. today (September 27th), 3-1.
The Storm offense was led by senior hitter Sara Aultz (Wooster, Ohio / Orrville) and freshman hitter Madison Russell (Westerville, Ohio / Westerville South) who had 15 and 12 kills respectively. These two had the game high in kills.
Lake Erie College was led by freshman Asya Hobbs (Lynwood, Ill. / Bishop Noll) on defense as she had 14 digs. Freshman Sidney Fletcher (Saline, Mich. / Saline) also had double digit digs as she totaled 11 for the game. The game high in digs was 16 by Megan Drobish of Lake Superior St.
The Storm is back in action Friday (October 3rd) when they travel to Michigan to take on Grand Valley St.
