Box Score PAINESVILLE, Ohio- The Lake Erie College men's soccer team was defeated by Tiffin University today (September 21st), 2-0.
Tiffin opened the scoring in the first half when Michael Bottomley off an assist from Andre Landell, to make the score 1-0 with 18 minutes to play in the first half.
The Dragons extended the lead when Michael McPeek netted a header off a free kick from Landell. Landell had his second assist on the day and gave Tiffin a 2-0 advantage.
In net for the Storm was junior Filip Ljubevski (Ajax, Ont. / Pikering) who face 17 shots, nine of which were on goal, made seven saves, and allowed two goals.
The Storm will be back in action Friday (September 26th) when they host Malone University at 11 A.M. at Jack Britt Memorial Stadium.
