Sept. 21 - After playing a scoreless first half, the Lake Erie College women's soccer team surrendered what would prove to be the game winning goal in the 59th minute of a 1-0 loss at Thiel.

Lake Erie (1-5) was out shot 17-5; however, junior goalkeeper Jane Roberts (Rochester, N.Y./Greece-Odyssey) managed to make eight saves in the losing effort.

The Storm will next be in action at home versus Defiance on Thursday, Sept. 23 at 4:00 p.m.
