Biography

2017: Played in 35 matches, appearing in 122 sets... first on the team with 599 digs (4.91 per set) and 52 service aces. She had a season high of 33 digs vs. Findlay and 30 against Ashland, while recording a career high of 6 service aces vs. Davis & Elkins. Fletcher was named GMAC player of the week and recieved Second-Team All-Conference while helping her team to become GMAC East Division Champions. She holds the program record with 1,635 career digs. 

2016: Played in 35 matches, appearing in 143 sets... notched 610 digs and was named All-GLIAC Honorable Mention.  

2015: Appeared in 19 matches... totaled 214 digs (3.45 per set)... 48 assists... named to GLIAC All-Academic Team

2014: Fletcher appeared in 23 matches and 79 sets, and she was second on the team in digs with 185 on the season.  

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Captain of the Saline Hornets...four-year member of the school's honor roll...editor of the school's yearbook and a member of DECA...volunteer for the Special Olympics...played five years of club volleyball for the Huron Valley Volleyball Club on the top team as a outside hitter for three years and a libero for two
