2010: Played in 47 sets and 16 matches, missing part of the season due to international travel… registered 24 kills… recorded multiple kills in five matches... named to GLIAC Volleyball All-Academic Excellence Team Honorees.
2009: Played in all 37 matches as a sophomore... was one of three players to record at least 100 kills and 100 digs, finishing with 105 and 130, respectively... recorded 37 set assists, 12 service aces and 49 total blocks... had a career-high 14 kills vs.Urbana on 10/2 and also had 13 at Tiffin 9/23... had four blocks in a match twice... had 10 or more digs four times, including a high of 16 vs. wilmington 10/3... recorded three aces vs. Quincy at the GLIAC/GLVC Crossover on 10/17.
2008: Saw action in 16 matches as a freshman... posted 31 kills, 44 digs and 13 blocks in a reserve role... had a season-high four kills vs. Pitt-Johnstown on 8/30 and had three blocks vs. Kutztown on 9/6... had three kills in a match four times.
PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Was a four-year standout in both volleyball and basketball at Amherst Steele High School... earned All-Southwestern Conference honorable mention in volleyball and was an all-county pick in hoops... helped Comets to a pair of conference titles in volleyball, including a regional finals appearance in 2007... also played one season of softball, earning first-team All-SWC honors at first base... member of National Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Born Oct. 5, 1989... parents are Mike and Laurie Beury... majoring in environmental science... member of on-campus groups Students Acting for the Environment, Students Making A Difference and the dance team... Dean's List student.
