Biography

2011: Started all 16 games her sophomore season anchoring the defense... recorded 20 ground balls and caused six turnovers.

2010: Started all 14 games as a freshman defender... recorded 19 ground balls... had an assist in win at Waynesburg on 3/24.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Played four years of lacrosse at Hamdben High School... was a Southern Connecticut Conference All-Academic Team selection all four years... received team's coach's award as a sophomore defender... participated in band, orchestra and drama crew.

PERSONAL: Born Nov. 13, 1990... majoring in adolescent/young adult education... parents are Stephen and Paula Smith... plays in Lake Erie College Pep Band... lived for 2 years and eight months in Iceland.
