Coach O is entering his second season as an assistant coach for the Storm women's basketball program in 2024-25.

The previous two seasons Coach Williams led the Tri-C Triceratops Women's Basketball program. In the 23-24 season Coach Williams posted a 18-10 record and won the OCCAC conference. Tri-C made an appearance in the NJCAA Great Lakes District Semifinals last season. 

Coach Williams has an associates degree in Sports and Exercise from Tri-C. This fall Coach O will be working on his bachelors in Sports Studies and MBA at Lake Erie College.
