Biography

2010: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic team.

2009: Goalkeeper started seven games and appeared in 10 as a freshman… stopped 56 shots on the season and finished with a 2-6-1 goalkeeping record… racked up 10 saves and surrendered just one goal in a 2-1 win over Ohio Valley on Sept. 26… recorded a season-high 13 saves at Northwood, earning a 4-3 win on Oct. 2… worked all 110 minutes of a 1-1 draw against Seton Hill on Oct. 28, his final appearance of the season.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Played four years of soccer at Ursuline High School... earned All-Conference and All-Ohio selections.

PERSONAL: Born Apr. 12, 1990... a business administration/sport management major… son of Adelino and Suzek Carreira... also a member of the Lake Erie swim team.
