Prior to Lake Erie: Played 4 years of lacrosse at St. Edward's High School…also played four years of football as a wide receiver…participated on the club lacrosse team for at Kent State for 2 years before transferring to Lake Erie.

Personal: Born Feb. 10, 1990… early Childhood Education major… son of Roger and Lisa Smith… brother plays football for Ashland.
