NASHVILLE -- The Lake Erie softball team finished up their weekend road trip with a doubleheader against the Trevecca Nazarene Trojans. The Storm would get shutout in both games and now fall to 0-20 (0-6 G-MAC) on the season.

It was another tough day for the Storm as they struggled to get the bats going.

Jordyn Long accounted for Lake Erie's only hits in the game behind
Baeleigh Burwell's good outing on the mound.Â
Burwell pitched six complete innings, allowing eight hits and just one earned run against the Trojans high-powered offense.

The Storm continued their struggles in game two of the double header.
CJ Garcia and
Rachel Fender put together the Storm's two hits in the game with Garcia's coming as a two-out double to center field in the second inning.
Carly Rowland got the start on the mound and struggled with command, walking six across 4.1 innings of work.
