PAINESVILLE, Ohio -- The Lake Erie football program and head coach David Price have announced their National Signing Day additions. The signings include 20 first-year incoming freshman and six mid-year transfers.

"What a tremendous day for our program and this campus," said Price. "First and foremost, our program is so grateful to have such good people in our corner. From our admissions team working tirelessly to evaluate students, our athletic department working throughout the night to make sure each commit is ready to put pen to paper, and our staff developing relationships with these families and getting them to this great campus. Everyone pulled the rope in the same direction and it led to bringing a really special class to campus in a really small window of time. Lake Erie's commitment to it's student-athletes is evident. President Schuller even took the time to meet with recruits on visits. That doesn't happen at other places! We truly appreciate every single person involved in the process. 26 really good football players and families believed in the vision of our program. 26 players who have gotten the job done in the classroom resulted in this class having an average GPA of a 3.0. We got the best of both worlds!  This class will go down in history as the class that changed the narrative. Not just today, but every day I am so proud to be a part of Lake Erie College.
