COLUMBUS, Ohio — Lake Erie traveled south on Thursday, January 18, to take on the Ohio Dominican University Panthers in a G-MAC battle. The Storm cruised in the second half, with a final of 92-78 .This bring their overall record to 5-11, and 3-5 in conference play. 

The Storm shot 50% from the floor and 42.9% from behind the arch tonight. They went 54% from the stripe tallying 12/22. As a team Lake Erie grabbed 51 boards, and dished out 22 assists.

Johnny Manning had a double-double and  set a new career high in points with 32 and broke his own school record of rebounds in a game totaling 19. He also added two blocks

The Storm were led by the trio of Jacob Plantz, Jonny Manning, and Jake Leibacher. Each scored in double digits in the first half. Plantz ended with 26 points and two steals. Leibacher finished with 17 points and five rebounds. 

Lake Erie heads to the Jerome T. Osborne Family Athletic & Wellness Center after a two game road stint to play Thomas More College on Saturday, January 20, at 1 PM.
