WOOSTER, Ohio -- The Lake Erie women's golf team competed this week in the Eva Shorb Weiskopf Invitational hosted by the College of Wooster.

After a strong second day, each member successfully built upon their previous fall competitions, setting season 36-hole lows.

Freshman Hope Manning led the way with a score of 163 (82/81), followed by Hannah Fauss (194, 99/95) and Tayler Wilber (204, 107/97).

Manning finished 11th out of 51 in the competition, with Fauss finishing 35th, and Wilber finishing 41st.

Lake Erie will be back in action on October 6th-7th for the Evan Parker Memorial Invitational at the Lake View Country Club hosted by Mercyhurst University.
