NASHVILLE, Tennessee — The Storm women's soccer team traveled to Trevecca Nazarene to take on the Trojans for another conference match. The Storm fell 2-0 to the Trojans, bringing them to a 1-7-1 record, and the Trojans to a 6-2-2 record. 

The first half consisted of numerous shots from the Trojans, as senior goalie Megan Biddell was strong on defense, guarding the Storm goal. Sophomore Rahel Lang recorded two shots in the middle of the period, but could not best the Trojan's goalie. The first period remained scoreless. 

The second half started with another save from Biddell. The Trojans kept their offense going and was able to get a goal past the Storm at 50:22, taking a 1-0 lead. The Storm responded with shots from freshman Leonie Witt, sophomore Jillian Newlan, and senior Krista Harbart, but could not get it through the net. The Trojans scored another goal toward the end at 81:10 to give them a 2-0 lead. Freshman Aubriana Campbell tried to fight back with a shot, but was saved. The clock ran out giving the Trojans the 2-0 win. 

Biddell finished the match with ten saves for the Storm, matching her season high of ten saves from the match against Ohio Dominican on September 22nd. 

The Storm take on the Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers for their next road match on Saturday, October 1st at 2:00 PM.
