Box Score (Canton, Ohio) – The Lake Erie Storm women's basketball team fell to the Malone Pioneers on the road 55-70.
Breanna Bauer was big for the Storm in this matchup as she put up 18 points with seven rebounds. Abby Matalavage was another big contributor for the Storm adding 17 points of her own with three assists and five rebounds.
42 of the 55 points for the Storm were scored in the paint in tonight's competition. The Storm shot 44.4% on the night.
Ultimately, the 20 turnovers by the Storm gave the Pioneers all the momentum they needed to put the game away.
