Box Score (Ashland, Ohio) – The Storm traveled to Ashland University this afternoon to take on the Eagles. The Storm was defeated 34-90 on the road.
Ashland started the first quarter by putting up a quick 21 points taking all momentum from the Storm from the start. The Storm went into the second quarter down 21-0.
Lauren Flannery gave the Storm their first two points of the game on a made layup assisted by Breana Bauer. Alexis Lehmkuhl added another two points assisted by Angela Fink. Flannery added the last two points of the quarter for the Storm, as they headed into the half down 47-6.
The Storm found momentum in the second half as they scored 17 points in the third quarter and 11 in the fourth. The Eagles on the other hand never let up as the score ended 90-34.
Flannery was the high scorer for the Storm as she ended with eight points, followed by Aislyn Hurst with five.

The Storm will remain on the road for the next two games. First stopping at Wright State for a game versus the Raiders on Wednesday, December 15. Tip off is set for 11 AM.
