PAINESVILLE, Ohio

The Lake Erie College Storm fell to the no. 11 overall ranked Walsh Cavaliers with a final score of 85-58 in the last matchup of the 2019-2020 regular season.

The Storm dug themselves into an early hole, giving up 27 points in the first quarter, and was unable to recover.

Representing the future, junior Breanna Bauer led the Storm on the court this afternoon, recording 27 points with six rebounds. Bauer finished her regular season junior campaign recording 21 games scoring in double-figures.

Senior Josie Chaddock added 14 points and marks her 24th game recording double-figure scoring. Senior Ashley West recorded eight points with four rebounds in the final games of their collegiate careers. 

The 2019-2020 Storm finished the regular season with an overall record of 10-18, and a G-MAC record of 7-11, and are currently on the bubble as to whether they will be headed to the G-MAC tournament.
