(Tiffin, Ohio) - The Lake Erie men's and women's track and field team had a great showing in the G-MAC Championships at the Heminger Center on Friday and Saturday. Imane Snyder led the Storm's successful weekend, finishing third in the 200-meter event. Snyder helped lead the Women's 4x400 relay team which featured Luca Hartman, Sydney Crouch, and India Snyder. 

Highlights

• Sophomore Imane Snyder challenged the field and clocked a 25.67 that gave her the first medal of the day. 

• After finishing first last time in the Heminger Center the women's 4x400 relay team looked for a repeat performance but fell to third. Hillsdale and Tiffin both needed a win to become G-MAC Champions. Hillsdale would hold a slight advantage in the finals. 

• After finishing second in day one Johanna Moeller was unable to reach the podium after her time of 9.13 was edged out by Alexandra Rodgers of Walsh 9.11.
