(Painesville, Ohio) - Fresh off setting personal bests at both the Akron and Jim Wuske Invitational Track & Field Meet, the Lake Erie men's and women's indoor track and field teams are participating in the Findlay Alumni Classic hosted by Findlay on Saturday.

Junior sprinter Luca Hartman, posted a 58.60 time in the 400-meter dash in last weeks' meet in Akron, breaking a school record previously set at 58.87.

Johanna Moeller, a senior from Bochum, Germany, set a fieldhouse and meet record in the long jump with a jump of 5.54m in her first jump of the season.

Hailey Nielsen also placed first last time out for the Storm with a first-place finish in the high jump with a measurement of 1.58m

Dominic Jones, Imane Snyder, Joseph Elson Jr., Kendrick Scott, Tareeq Welch, India Snyder, Isaiah Winchester, and Joneteries Johnson each placed in the top eight in their respected events.

The Findlay Alumni Classic will begin at 11:00 am on Saturday on the campus of Findlay University.
