HILLSDALE, Michigan

The Lake Erie College Storm women's basketball team broke a three-game losing streak today with their third Great Midwest Athletic Conference victory over Hillsdale College with a final score of 75-59. 

The victory brings the Storm to 6-10 overall in 2019, and puts them at .500 in the G-MAC. The Chargers drop to 4-10 and 1-4 with the loss.

Senior Josie Chaddock led the team in scoring today, contributing 20 points, seven boards, six steals, and three assists this afternoon. Starters Ashley West and Breanna Bauer both added 17 points respectively. Bauer also recorded eight boards, and West recorded six.

The Storm returns to the Osborne Center on Saturday, January 11 for a 3 p.m. matchup against the Ursuline College Arrows.
