PHILLIPPI, West Virginia

The Lake Erie College Storm fell to the Alderson Broaddus Battlers tonight with a final score of 3-1. The win improves the Battlers to 11-19, 1-9, while Storm falls to 9-18, 3-6 in 2019.

Storm freshman Dora Olah led the offense with nine kills. Sophomore Maria Blatnik and senior Hailey Nielsen both added seven kills respectively.

Moe Briggs led the defense, recording 15 digs and two receptions. 

The Storm will stay in West Virginia for another matchup. The volleyball team will play Ohio Valley tomorrow at 11 am.
