FAIRBANKS, Alaska

The Lake Erie College Storm extends their win-streak to two games with a win over Chadron State (1-7) today in Alaska.

The Storm fell behind in the first quarter, allowing a four-point lead by Chadron State, but the two teams traded leads eight times, with seven tied scores, before an eight-point run by the Storm in the third quarter gave Lake Erie a final advantage. The Storm maintained the lead for the last 24 minutes of play and extended the lead to 14 with 0:15 left in the contest.

Josie Chaddock led the Storm again on the court, recording 25 points, seven rebounds, and six assists. 

Junior Breanna Bauer added 18 points and four rebounds, and senior Farrah Benner added 11 points, six rebounds, and two blocks.

The Storm will play their final game of the North Star Invitational against the host school, the University of Alaska - Fairbanks, tomorrow at 3 pm Alaska time.
