Box Score PAINESVILLE, Ohio – The Lake Erie College volleyball team was defeated today (September 19th) by Findlay, 3-0. With the loss the Storm falls to 3-4 overall and 0-2 in the conference, and with the win the Oilers improve to 7-3 overall and 1-1 in conference play.
The Storm offense was led by Madison Russell (Westerville, Ohio / Westerville South) who had nine kills in the match. Leondra Barrett (Chattanooga, Tn. / Ooltewah) had seven kills in the match and also had a block.
Defensively, the Storm was led by Brittany Levkulich (Perry, Oh. / Perry) who tallied 16 digs in the match, which was a game high. Also helping on the defensive side of the ball was Crystal Kedroske (Dexter, Mich. / Dexter) who had nine digs in the match.
Lake Erie will be back in action Tuesday (September 22nd) when they host Notre Dame College at 7 P.M.
