PAINESVILLE, Ohio – The Lake Erie College volleyball team was defeated today by Malone University in four sets.

The Storm won the first set, before the Pioneers bounced back to win the next three, (25-23, 25-19, 25-18, 25-20).

Offensively the Storm was led by Bethany Fisher (Orrville, Ohio / Dalton) and Madison Russell (Westerville, Ohio / Westerville South) who each had double digit kills with 14 and 13 respectively.

Defensively the Storm was led by Crystal Kedroske (Dexter, Mich. / Dexter) who had a team high 18 digs in the match.  In addition to Kedroske, Sidney Fletcher (Saline, Mich. / Saline) and Jamie Riley (Prospect, Ohio / Olentangy) each added double digit digs with 15 and 12 respectively. 

Lake Erie will be back in action tomorrow when they host Walsh University at 5 P.M.
