BIG RAPIDS, Mich.-- The Lake Erie College women's soccer team was unable to overcome a pair of first half goals by Ferris State University as they fell in their season finale, 2-0, Sunday (Nov. 3). 

Casey Shauman scored the Bulldogs first goal in the 24^th and was followed up by a goal from Nichole Boehnke in the 38^th minute. 

Sarah Stroope (Oxford, Mich./Oxford) made nine saves in net for the Storm and Samantha Wiles (North Ridgeville, Ohio/North Ridgeville) made three in relief. Elizabeth Awuah (Pickerington, Ohio/Pickerington Central) recorded seven shots. 

Rachel McCollum made 11 saves for the Bulldog's shutout.
