One of the biggest contributions came from Collins, who had four kills and hit for a .375 percentage in just her second game back from an injury which kept her out for the last two and a half season.  Naab led the team with five kills.  O'Connor led the Storm with nine assists

In the first set, led 6-3 early but five straight Ashland points gave the Eagles a lead they would not relinquish as the set stayed close until a lake AU run.  The second set was the best of the match as Lake Erie had 12 kills and just four errors.  The Storm led 17-13 but Ashland scored nine of the next 10 points to keep Lake Erie from tying the match.  Ashland used that momentum to jump out to a big lead in the third set and didn't look back.
