SOUTH EUCLID, OHIO - The Lake Erie College volleyball team suffered its second straight defeat, falling tonight (Sept. 2) at nearby Notre Dame College 3-0 (25-20, 25-21, 25-20) and dropping its record to 3-2 on the young season.

Despite the loss, sophomore right side Michelle Naab (North Royalton, Ohio/North Royalton) led the attack with six kills, while three other players- seniors Erica Muniak (Geneva, Ohio/Geneva) and Katie Yanesh (Wickliffe, Ohio/Notre Dame Cathedral Latin) and freshman Nicole Kunar (Northfield Center, Ohio/Nordonia)- each had five kills.

Sophomore setter Krista O'Connor (North Royalton, Ohio/North Royalton) posted team highs with 15 set assists and 10 digs on defense. 

The Storm returns to the court this weekend when it travels to Elkins, W. Va. for the Davis & Elkins College Tournament Friday and Saturday (Sept. 4-5).
