Lake Erie College

Rodrigo Bonfim enters his fourth year as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance and Rules Education in 2025-26 and his fifth year overall. He previously worked as a graduate assistant with the Storm compliance department from 2021-2022.

Rodrigo earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Lake Erie College in 2020. He then obtained his Master’s of Business Administration from Lake Erie College in 2022.

Prior to becoming a graduate assistant, Rodrigo was a member of the Lake Erie College soccer team from 2018-2020. During the 2019 season, he started every game for a team that finished with a 18-3 record and won the G-MAC regular season title. 

A native of São Paulo, Brazil, Rodrigo resides in Mentor with his wife, Nicole.
