Prior to Lake Erie: Played four years of Soccer at Brooke High School…was named first team in the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference…also played four years of tennis…was a singles and doubles state participant….a member of the 2011 West Virginia Regional Championship…a member of Key Club and HOSA

Personal: Born March 12, 1993…son of Lisa and Donald Cozad…Pre-physical Therapy major…also a member of the Storm Tennis team
